Susan Anderheggen is the Founder of the Anderheggen Group, an organization dedicated to helping leaders (and aspiring leaders) build and feel more confident with their leadership skills.
Susan brings more than 32 years experience in leadership at Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Accenture, EDS, and GE Capital. At Verizon, a global company with 200,000 employees and more than $110B in revenues, Susan led a 700-person global team (with budget of $70M) and recently retired as one of the “Top 300” under Verizon’s CEO.
Susan is an enthusiastic, talented, results-focused leader with extensive experience in business analysis, executive communication, systems project execution, and success measurement. She brings expertise in leading change management, motivating teams, and providing thought leadership with strong analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills.
Throughout her career, Susan has been recognized with numerous awards representative of commitment to quality, outstanding customer service, and ability to execute with measurable return on investment.
Susan, born in Brooklyn, New York, brings here sense of humor and authenticity to teaching leadership skills. She holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications, earned while ascending the corporate ladder and raising her daughter as a single parent. Today, she lives in Danbury, Connecticut with her husband Chris and her dog Chloe. Her daughter Sarah, an aspiring screen writer, attends Goucher college in Baltimore.
